UP Fintech Faces Securities Class Action Over TIGR Stock
A New York law firm has filed a class action against UP Fintech Holding, targeting investors who bought TIGR shares over a two-year period.
A securities class action lawsuit has been filed against UP Fintech Holding Limited, the operator of the Tiger Brokers trading platform listed on Nasdaq under the ticker TIGR, law firm Bronstein Gewirtz & Grossman LLC announced Thursday.
Investors who purchased TIGR securities between April 22, 2024, and June 2, 2026, may be eligible to recover losses, according to the firm. The lead plaintiff deadline is set for December 28, 2026, giving affected shareholders roughly two months to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in the case.

The lawsuit seeks to recover damages against the defendants, though specific allegations underpinning the claims were not detailed in the announcement. Class actions of this type typically allege that a company or its executives made materially false or misleading statements that artificially inflated the stock price during the defined class period.
Bronstein Gewirtz & Grossman, a New York-based plaintiffs' firm, encouraged investors who suffered losses on their TIGR holdings during the class period to contact the firm directly. Participation as a class member does not require investors to serve as lead plaintiff.
